This business management course is designed to enhance new and existing expertise and developing core management skills applicable to any aspiring or actual middle manager.

It presents the fundamental management knowledge required of managers. It covers aspects of the internal and external structures of an organisation, the governance of the people within the organisation and those financial and other planning techniques necessary to maintain organisational health. It aims to deliver the understanding and competence of those key elements of management practice that are fundamental to both commercial and non-commercial organisations.

Crucially it also contains a module on business planning.

This course is based on professional standards from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK. CILT (UK) is the UK territorial body of CILT, which has a presence in more than 30 countries across the world. This network of members and contacts can connect all CILT members wherever they are in the world and constitutes the greatest resource of professional expertise within our areas of interest.
