09:30 - 10:00 Coffee & Course Objectives
10.00 - 10.45 Influence & Behaviour (Looking at how we influence, and how this effects our role in the company, our job. Who we report to, who reports to us.)
10.45 - 11.30 Building Blocks of Self Confidence (Looking at what makes us confident, and how our own judgements play a crucial role. How we think we are perceived by others. Delegates look at the key aspects of their role within the company and provide their own analysis of the areas in which they feel particularly effective. At this stage they will be given feedback and constructive ideas)
11.30 - 11.45 Coffee Break
11.45 - 13.00 The Key Elements of dealing with Difficult Situations (Delegates learn ways in which to handle difficult situations and role-play live examples. Looking at behaviour patterns that can throw us of balance)
13.00 - 14.00 Lunch
14.00 - 15.00 Professional Self Image (A practical session on focusing on our presence, which includes vocal exercises, breathing techniques, dress sense, stance, and presentation)
15.00 - 16.30 Essential Qualities for Success (Delegates discover their own essential ingredient for future successes and a practical way of measuring their own achievements).
