Description
The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) (DSE) Regulations 1992 require employers to assess both the workstation and the working environment of employees who regularly use computer workstations and display screen equipment.
The British Safety Council Certificate in DSE Risk Assessment course includes interactive e-Learning exercises, a downloadable study text and knowledge tests. It provides supervisors and employees with the knowledge of the DSE risk assessment process as well as the skills required to undertake a suitable and sufficient risk assessment.
On completion of the course, delegates will:
- Understand the importance of DSE risk assessments
- Understand the principles of controlling the risks from DSE workstations
- Understand how a DSE risk assessment is undertaken

Assessment

Learners have six weeks to complete the course and assessments once enrolled. The enrolment period begins once a learner is registered in the system, not on purchase.
