Course notes will be shared beforehand and these will be shared on the screen also. All attendees and the trainer can see and talk with each other at all times so that it’s interactive and very much like being in a classroom.
Who is this course for?
New and existing BRCGS Auditors (who already hold a Lead Assessor qualification but require training to the current version of the standard), consultants, technical & quality managers from sites who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the BRCGS audit process.
Requirements
Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector. Delegates should also have completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.
Attendees should have read the clause requirements prior to attending this course. The standard is free to download from the BRCGS or can be obtained from STC once booked on the course.
Career path
This qualification is required to conduct 3rd party certification audits to BRCGS Food issue 9 if the auditor already holds a Lead Auditor qualification (once approved by a certification body). Gaining this qualification will help the delegate to provide effective support to their employer if they work for a BRCGS certified site, or to their clients if they are a consultant.

I would like to how long does this certificate valid for ?
Answer:Hello Sajidul, The April course is in fact the last Issue 8 course we’re delivering, the next courses from Oct onwards will be to Issue 9 of the standard and the two attendees will be entitled to those courses at half price. See our 1/2 price offer here for issue9: www. 1stc.uk/open-courses/brc-courses/brcgs-food-safety-issue-8-auditor-training/ If you want to 3rd party auditing, you will always need to update to the latest version.
