Description
In so many walks of life we try to influence people and situations in a positive direction, to bring about helpful change. How much of an impact we can have will depend on a number of factors, some that we have no control over, but many that we can have a direct or indirect effect on. This course explores what can be done to improve our effectiveness in those areas where we can make a difference.
The course introduces the CLEAR framework based on five important elements of good practice. This is followed by a discussion of the seven Cs, seven key principles that all begin with C. It also covers a number of pitfalls to avoid, common mistakes that stand in the way of making progress.
The lessons to be learned from this course will stand you in good stead in relation to any attempts you make to bring about positive change, whether that is in your private life or your work and career.
If you are serious about being able to have a positive impact, then this course will provide you with plenty of food for thought as well as practical guidelines on how to build up your knowledge, skills and confidence.
