We will also take you through forklifts, types of forklifts, operating them safely, moving and handling loads safely, forklift regulations and safety measures, bricklaying, tools for bricklaying, bonding and basic techniques of bricklaying and maintenance of bricklaying. Moreover, you will display knowledge of the basics and safety laws for lone workers, risk assessment, reporting and recording incidents, workplace safety, ladder safety, ladder classifications and uses and securing a ladder. Lastly, you will explore essential advanced communication, body language, telephone etiquette and gain communication skills.
