The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is an internationally recognised certification that demonstrates to employers your professionalism and knowledge in your chosen field.
Consisting of four modules and taking place via Virtual Classroom over eleven days, the Diploma will provide you with the essentials required to become an effective Business Analyst. Our training will show you how to identify business problems, as well provide you with the skills required to find the solutions, making you a very important member of a business.

- BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour (Virtual Classroom with eLearning)
You’ll gain an understanding of organisational behaviour and business finance.
BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis Practitioner-based Module
- BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes (Virtual Classroom with eLearning)
Take you through the different levels and aspects of modelling the processes of the business, through to the framework to improve the business processes.
Preparation Module
- The Oral Examination Preparation Workshop (Virtual Classroom)
Prepare you for the oral examination to receive the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
International Diploma in Business Analysis Exam Details
- There are written examinations for each of the four modules, which can be booked via Pearson VUE directly.
- Once all four exams have been passed, the oral examination can be booked with BCS directly.
- The oral exam can take up to 50 minutes with two examiners, who will provide a range of questions. Questions will be based on topics defined in the oral examination syllabus and from your chosen specialist modules. The questions will require you to apply your business analysis knowledge and understanding to scenarios described by the oral examiners.
- Fees are paid directly to Pearson VUE for the written exams and BCS directly. Please note that with the exception of the Oral exam, all other exam fees are included with this training.

Please note: Students retaking the course are required to use any materials or books distributed to them in their original course session. Failure to provide these materials will result in the student being charged for replacement materials. Exam Pass Guarantee does not include the resit exam.
