Diploma in Basic Jira and Confluence Description:

Level 4:

In Module 01, you will be introduced to Jira and its applications in project management. You will learn about the basic features of Jira, including how to navigate the interface and create and manage issues. In Module 02, you will learn how to create and manage user stories, which are essential components of agile project management.

Level 5:

In Module 03, you will learn how to create and manage test cases, an essential part of software development. In Module 04, you will learn how to create and assign bugs to respective owners, and track their progress. In Module 05, you will be introduced to the process of creating reports in Jira, which is an essential tool for monitoring project progress. Finally, in Module 06, you will be introduced to Confluence and its applications in project management, including document sharing and version control.
