Lecture 4 develops effective communication awareness, focusing on advanced communication skills for banksmen, understanding operator perspectives, managing challenging situations, non-verbal communication, and communication role-play concepts. Emphasis is placed on clarity, consistency, and safety-focused interaction.
Lecture 5 addresses health and safety compliance, covering detailed legislative awareness, legal responsibilities, documentation and reporting requirements, auditing concepts, and compliance monitoring.
