What You'll Learn from the Animal Reiki Diploma Course

The course introduces Reiki with information on its history and the 5 Reiki Principles and how you can use them to transform yourself to become a perfect channel for spiritual energy. In addition to this, the course explores the basis of natural energy from the viewpoint of modern science and our natural alignment with traditional Eastern medicine.

There are practical considerations to make when working with animals, which are outlined in the course. These include legal aspects and awareness of the physical needs and requirements of animals, including an explanation of the 5 Freedoms.

The Animal Reiki Course will teach you about the 3 levels of Reiki and the benefits that Reiki can have on animals. You will also learn to strengthen your self-belief and harness a state of mind that embraces your beliefs and empowers your ability to heal with Reiki. With this mindset, you learn how to practice Reiki with self-healing, before moving on to practice on others.

To provide the most effective healing to animals, it is paramount that you understand their energy systems. From the Animal Reiki Diploma Course you will learn about animal spiritual energy, chakras and meridian channels, and explore the energy that we share with animals.

You will learn about Reiki Symbols and how they are used to aid healing. Building on from self-healing practices, you will be guided through how to carry out your first structured animal healing session with detailed explanations from start to finish. The course also discusses distance healing and energy sharing between people and animals.

When Reiki is present, a practitioner may experience a spiritual bond between themselves and the animals they heal. The course explores this relationship and how Reiki can be used to communicate, heal, and forge spiritual awareness. You will discover how you should approach animals differently, depending on their species and individual circumstances, and how each would benefit from receiving Reiki healing.

Along with teaching you how to use Reiki, the course also explains how you can go about setting yourself up as a Reiki Practitioner. You will learn about the ethics, paperwork and marketing techniques that you will need to incorporate to be successful, along with how you can explain Reiki to other people, inclusive of the guardians of the animals that you treat.

Who Would Benefit from the Course?

Those who have studied and practised previously will learn the specifics of how Reiki can be used to help animals. With that said, no prerequisite knowledge of Reiki is required, as the course provides a comprehensive understanding of the healing practice.

Upon successful completion of this course, you can go on to obtain insurance and become an Animal Reiki Practitioner or, if you are already a Reiki Practitioner, add Animal Reiki to the services you offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Animal Reiki Diploma Course will take you up to 150 hours to complete working from home. There is no time limit for completing this course, it can be studied in your own time at your own pace. The course comes with a course assessment in the form of quizzes, written questions and short essays, once you have completed your course assessment please email or post it back to us for marking, you will then receive your feedback and certificates.
