Laura asked:

Would this course be useful for students in school who are struggling with anger issues?

Answer:

Yes, definitely: it explains what anger is, how it is triggered, how it shows up in people, and how to deal with it. There's even a section on how to deal with anger in other people. Our courses are deliberately easy-to-follow, so should be easily understood by anyone of, say, mid-teens onwards. Hope this helps. Steve Support Team
