Description
Anger Management: It's the Behavior, Not the Anger!
We all get angry, and there's no point trying to deny (or avoid) it. But how some of us behave when we're angry: that's what gets the bad press.
By taking this anger management course, you will understand, in practical terms, what it is, what to do in the heat of the moment, and how to create long term solutions.
There's even a full module on dealing with anger in other people!
Successfully implementing the anger management skills we teach you will reduce the conflict in your life, produce more positive results, improve your relationships - and make you happier!
ABOUT THE ZANDAX WORKBOOK: You get the special ZandaX workbook which gives a course summary and space for your notes, as well as our unique ACTION PLAN that enables you to relate the content to your own life, and to monitor and manage your ongoing development. How does that sound?

Who is this course for?
This course has been developed for anyone for whom anger plays a significant part in their life, whether in themselves or in others.
And anger management isn't always about managing anger in yourself: the lessons will be of enormous help to anyone who either has anger issues of their own, and is looking to deal with them, or has to interact with somebody who does, such as a family member, work colleague or manager.
Requirements
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
Most people who take an anger management course are in a difficult position because they don't actually know what to do.
We take account of this, and provide an understanding of anger, as well as what to do about it.
Career path
If you have good anger management skills, you will understand anger, how it manifests itself, and how to manage it in yourself and other people, you will deal successfully with difficult situations that other people cannot deal with.
It's the acquisition of practical "people" skills like anger management, that make you much more effective in your work, and give you a real edge in your career.
Questions and answers
Would this course be useful for students in school who are struggling with anger issues?
Answer:Yes, definitely: it explains what anger is, how it is triggered, how it shows up in people, and how to deal with it. There's even a section on how to deal with anger in other people. Our courses are deliberately easy-to-follow, so should be easily understood by anyone of, say, mid-teens onwards. Hope this helps. Steve Support Team
