Overview
This accredited Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner training course offers students accreditation in the world’s first Agile Project Management qualifications – the AgilePM® Foundation & Practitioner certificates. It is designed to help students develop both the knowledge and skills required to work on an agile project and develop the understanding to apply the guidance on an agile project. The course is designed to equip students with the competence to begin working as an agile project manager on a non-complex project.The Agile Project Management guidance used in the course is based upon DSDM’s Agile Project Framework (AgilePF) a leading and proven agile approach.

Agile Project Management Practitioner Exam Details
The Agile Project Management Foundation certificate is a prerequisite for the Practitioner stage. Once you have completed the training, you will sit the exam:
Exam format - Objective examination. 4 questions (20 points per question).
Pass mark - 40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
Duration - 2.5 hours.
Open book - Yes (only the official AgilePM® manual is allowed).

Requirements
There are no prerequisites or entry requirements. However, basic project management knowledge would be beneficial.
Agile Project Management Practitioner exam prerequisites:
• AgilePM Foundation Certificate (either 2010 or 2014 version),or
• DSDM Atern Foundation Certificate, or
• DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate
