Run by an experienced Agile trainer, this five-day course (run over five consecutive days) covers the fundamental principles of the DSDM Agile Project Management framework.
Moving from the foundation principles need to facilitate a successful project to the advanced practitioner topics, we’ll show you how to apply the DSDM Project Management framework to your organisation. This course does not cover the Scrum Framework.

We also offer private training, which is ideal if you have a team you want to bring up to speed in agile project management.
