Managing stakeholders and communication addresses stakeholder identification, engagement strategies, effective communication, and conflict resolution within Agile teams.
Agile metrics and reporting introduce key performance indicators, burndown charts, velocity tracking, and the role of retrospectives in continuous improvement.
Scaling Agile for large projects explores commonly recognised frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus, alongside challenges and best practices for larger organisations.
Agile leadership and culture examine the characteristics of Agile leaders, building an Agile organisational culture, and motivating and supporting Agile teams.
