This accredited Foundation Agile Project Management training course offers students accreditation in the world’s first Agile Project Management qualification – the AgilePM® Foundation certificate.

It is designed to help students develop both the knowledge and skills required to work on an agile project. By passing the exam you will receive an Agile Project Management Foundation certificate.

The Agile Project Management guidance used in the course is based upon DSDM’s Agile Project Framework (AgilePF) a leading and proven agile approach.

With this qualification you will gain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management Foundation guidance to be able to recognise and distinguish between the key elements of the approach. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.

By passing the Agile Project Management Foundation exam you will be showing employers that you understand the key principles and terminology within the Agile Management Foundation guidance. This means that you will be able to understand:

  • the underlying agile principles and philosophy
  • the agile project lifecycle
  • the products produced during an agile project and their purpose
  • the techniques used and their benefits and limitations
