What is the meaning of Agile project management?

Agile project management is an approach that’s used when managing a creative project process, this is where team members accept and except that changes will be made along the way. The team will develop successful iterations of a product and then use the resulting observations to improve the results and create a more successful product which meets the aim of the project.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
