What does the AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner Classroom Training course cover?

During the Agile Project Management Foundation stage, our qualified trainers will guide you through an introduction to Agile processes and principles that lie at the heart of the methodology.

The Practitioner level of Agile will build on everything you learned in the Foundation stage. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of how to implement the processes in Agile, along with giving you the confidence and encouragement to take control of any situation in your daily responsibilities.

Is the AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner Classroom Training right for me?

Agile will allow you to make your projects more productive through its “agile” approach, which makes it easier to change the scope as the project lifecycle continues.

This Agile Project Management course is ideal for both experienced Project Managers who want to train in Agile disciplines, and for new Project Managers who wish to gain a globally recognised qualification.

Candidates should have some understanding of Project Management but there is no formal prerequisite for the Foundation qualification

To move onto the Practitioner level you must complete and pass the Foundation Level.
