Part I Advanced Lean Techniques and Understanding Customers, 2-days,
This course focuses on developing your ability to use a wide range of lean tools & techniques both within the context of an improvement project or in lean deployment.
Part II Advanced Statistical Techniques, 2-days,
Part II focuses on statistical techniques to analyse “difficult” data such as rare events or seasonal data as well as expanding the range of tools at your disposal for understanding and modelling business processes.
Who is this course for?
This course is primarily aimed at certified Black Belts who want to tackle more difficult and challenging problems. As one of the elements of the Master Black Belt programme, completing this course takes you closer to achieving this qualification.
For Lean Six Sigma Green Belts or Lean Practitioners who want to expand their capability to include more advanced Lean tools, Part 1 does not require Black Belt certification.
