Overview

This Advanced Leadership course is designed to raise awareness and help manager and leaders to consider some of the more progressive areas they need to be aware of in a Post Covid society. This Advanced Leadership Course is designed to take managers from being "good" to being "great" as it considers the critical areas that need to be addressed with regards to Mental Health and Resilience of Team Workers, Remote and flexible Working, Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence and more. The course will provide you with the necessary Toolkit of Skills to lead and inspire your team to become more productive, motivated and resilient and will help create a more harmonious working environment, resulting in improved staff retention and employee engagement.
