Advanced Diploma in Animal Care - Level 3

This animal care course, with its highly detailed modules, is set to extensively educate you on animals, their health and behaviours to turn your love for animals into a thriving business or career. All you need to enroll in this animal health course is a qualification at Level 2 or above in a related disciple.

The Animal Care course will present you with the various animal behaviour patterns, abnormal behaviour and body languages to help you treat and respond to the animals accordingly. The healthcare aspect of animal care will then be given due attention though the Animal Care course, after which the methods and techniques to ensure the wellbeing of animals will be relayed. You will also be sizably taught on all domesticated pets and their needs to distinguish you from the other professionals within the industry.

The Animal Care course is set to equip you with the practical skills needed to look after animals effectively. Just like humans, animals too are prone to certain common diseases. It is important as an animal carer to be aware of these diseases to provide appropriate support for the animals and to avoid the diseases from spreading. Therefore, the Animal Care course will also enlighten you on the various common diseases in animals and on the medical assistance that has to be provided in such situations.

The Quality License Scheme endorses high-quality, non-regulated provision and training programmes. The completion of the Animal Care course alone does not lead to a regulated qualification but may be used as evidence of knowledge and skills gained. Access Duration

The Animal Care course will be directly delivered to you, and you have 12 months access to the online learning platform from the date you joined the Animal Care course. The Animal Care course is self-paced and you can complete it in stages, revisiting the lectures at any time.

Method of Assessment

The Animal Care course will be evaluated through written assignments. In order to complete this programme successfully, all students are required to complete a series of assignments. The completed assignments must be submitted via the online portal. Your instructor will review and evaluate your work and provide your feedback based on how well you have completed your assignments.

Certification

Those who successfully complete the Animal Care course will be issued the Advanced Diploma in Animal Care at QLS Level 3 by the Quality Licence Scheme.
