Training is based in 2 Parts :- Sage Mechanism and Logical Approach.
We train candidates to perform duties of Sales ledger, Purchase ledger clerk,Accounts recievable & Accounts Payable Clerk and Accounts Assistant in this course.

Purchase Ledger:
Sage Mechanism: Opening Sage, back up, Restore, Edit, Delete and F6, F7 & F8 Commands.
Opening Supplier Account: Batching, Coding and matching of supplier invoices and Credit notes.
Knowledge and implication of nominal ledger codes.
Bank in Bank Out and Bank Reconciliation.
How to reconcile Supplier Statements.
Making Payment to Supplier (Payment Run).
Sales Ledger:
Opening Customer Account: Raising and issuing Sales Invoices and credit notes.
Knowledge and implication of nominal ledger codes.
Bank in Bank Out and Bank Reconciliation.

T9 Tax code – Importance of using T9 Tax code
VAT:
Step 1) Training of Sage mechanism to prepare vat.
Step 2) analyses, summaries, and VAT calculation
Step 3) submission of Vat. (Demo of Vat on Sage)
Step 4) Theory session explaining different scheme of vat, Vat threshold, rules & regulation,
Vat deadline, Vat periods, vat registration.
Guidance on CV Preparation, Job application process and interview techniques.
