3D printing, or additive manufacturing, is the process of making three-dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process, an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the entire object is created.
In our state of the art 3D printing course, you will learn the ins and outs of this exciting new technology. Our training will not only give you the skills to operate a 3D printer but also model your own 3D designs. We have five 3D printers that you will be learning how to operate.
You will be taught how to design models for architecture, jewellery, products, engineering or any other creative pursuit using 3D software. You will also learn how to use a 3D printer and insider knowledge on the current state of the industry and its future capabilities.
