Important: this course is only for revision and exam and does NOT cover training of 18th edition.

Description

BS7671:2018 (2382-18)
This is the successor to the 17th edition.
The 18th edition is proof of knowledge of the wiring regulations in the United Kingdom. As of January 2019, the 17th edition has been made obsolete and those with it would have to upgrade to the 18th edition.

The course can be completed online and once the student feel ready we can book them for the online test.

The certificates are from City and Guilds.

Who is this course for?

This qualification is primarily aimed at practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. surveyors, consultants and other trades, needing to update and enhance their understanding of IET Wiring Regulations. It is also suitable for anyone wishing to demonstrate an understanding of the IET 18th edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

Requirements

There are no set entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates must have the potential and opportunity to gain the qualification successfully and have a good understanding of basic electrotechnical principles and the desire to develop your skills.
