The Level 3 Train the Trainer Qualification is designed to develop your core teaching skills. You'll learn how to plan engaging sessions, deliver inclusive lessons, and assess learner progress effectively. This qualification helps you understand the key roles and responsibilities of a trainer, ensuring you can create a positive and productive learning environment.

This qualification covers 3 key units:

Unit 1: Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training
Unit 2: Understanding and Using Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches in Education and Training
Unit 3: Understanding Assessment in Education and Training

Study Options That Fit Your Schedule:
We know everyone's life is different, so we offer flexible ways to study:

Online Learning – Study at your own pace: Get 24/7 access to our easy-to-use learning portal. You'll also complete a short 15–30 minute "Micro-Teach" session, which you can record at home and send to us. You have up to 4 months to finish, but you can get certified sooner if you complete it quickly!

Classroom or Live Zoom – Join live sessions: Attend our 3-day live classes (10 am–5 pm), held every week. After the live session, you'll have 3 weeks to submit your coursework. Support is always available to help you along the way.

How You’re Assessed:There's no exam for this course! You'll simply complete a written portfolio of your work. Once it's ready, you can send it to us by email or post. We'll review your portfolio in just 7–10 days. Once approved, your Level 3 Train the Trainer Qualification certificate will be on its way!
