Yeo Valley Family Farms are family-owned and proud of it. In 1961 our founders Roger and Mary Mead bought Holt Farm in Blagdon. Today Yeo Valley has become one of the best known organic brands in Britain. We are still owned by the Mead family, and although Holt Farm has grown it is still the home of the family, and our award winning herd of pedigree British Friesians. Through our sustainable farming methods, and commitment to supporting other British family businesses, we aim to be here forever.
Across our 7 sites across the South West, we are proud to be making the highest quality yogurts, desserts and ice cream, for the Yeo Valley brand, as well as for many of the UK's major retailers. We operate from 4 dairies and 2 logistics centres in rural Somerset and Devon, with our Yeo Valley HQ in Blagdon. We employ over 1700 staff and produce more than 22% of the UK's yogurt.
