UKROEd Ltd is the operating company of the Road Safety Trust with unfettered responsibility to provide the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) driver behavioural change and/or education courses as a disposal option on behalf of the police service.

The company functions as a body corporate with responsibility to collect and distribute police cost recovery as well as to fund the necessary activities of NDORS
