What we do
Trust In Care is the Caring Company that provides care and support services to people in the comfort of their own home across the Black Country and Birmingham.
We provide daily personal care and support to all adults requiring this service within their own living environment, this could be in their own home, within a care home or independent living centre.

Who you'll work with
At Trust In Care, we deliver high quality care to all those in receipt of our services. In order to achieve this, we will train, develop and support our staff to become specialists in their field.
All staff members at Trust In Care will be listened to and be part of a friendly and caring team. We take pride in what we do as a team and also promote a good work life balance.
We are committed to developing our staff and this will be done through one to one support, nationally accredited training in health and social care and development opportunities with our partners within the sector.
