The Competitive Edge (TCE) is a UK DMC and event management company and has been in business since 2003. We have a small but growing team of 15 permanent employees supported by regular freelancers.

TCE has its head office in Leatherhead, Surrey (just minutes from Junction 9 on the M25).

We work with many Blue Chip brands and most of our clients are internationally based. We are the UK partner of many of the world’s leading event agencies in more than 40 countries.

Our key work is planning and organising incentive programmes, meetings, conferences, product launches and corporate hospitality.

The company also runs a number of Food Festivals in the UK and consumer promotions for blue chip brands.
