Working at The Chiswick Nursing Centre

The Chiswick Nursing Centre provides a warm and welcoming environment for older people and for those who are too frail or ill to continue living in their own home. Our centre provides various types of care including respite & convalescence care, nursing care, dementia care, palliative care and residential care.

Located in a quiet location in Hammersmith, just 2 minutes away from Ravenscourt Park and 5 minutes’ walk from Stamford Brook station, The Chiswick Nursing Centre is home to a compassionate team of HCA’s, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Nurses. We also have our own on-site Physiotherapy gym and a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists. Here at the centre our Activity coordinators host an action packed programme, internally and externally to suit all our residents. A well equipped kitchen serving our residents nutritious home cooked meals is absolutely necessary and we pride ourselves on the choice of meals available to suit all diets.
