What We Do

Team Fostering is an independent, not-for-profit fostering agency covering the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands. Our ethical status as a social enterprise ensures we are able to provide the very best support and services for foster carers, children and young people.

Our Purpose

Our mission statement is ‘Putting Children’s Futures First’ and this is demonstrated at the heart of everything we do. We will make a difference to children’s lives and support them to achieve positive outcomes now into the future by supporting and enabling the “team around the child” – our foster carers and our staff. We are one agency and work together to uphold our values of respect, honesty, transparency, reliability and putting children at the centre of all we do.
