What we do

SRS is an owner managed Recruitment Consultancy with experienced Consultants providing specialist recruitment services to their respective industries.

The Pensions/Financial Services division was established in 2000 to provide recruitment services at all levels from graduate to board level across the UK for some of the most respected organisations sourcing both permanent and temporary positions.

The business was founded on the principle that all our Consultants have previously worked in their specialist industries, have extensive experience in that industry and our services should be regarded as an extension of the clients HR function. Our service is based on knowledge and expertise within the industry and we are able to offer a wealth of commercial experience.

In recent years we have added our Marketing and Construction areas of specialism. We strive to build partnerships with clients and candidates by listening and responding to their immediate and future needs.
