When we work on large housing association projects, our Tenant Liaison Officer lets your tenants know exactly what’s going on, when and why. Which is why we’ve gained top marks in tenant satisfaction time and time again for projects like these. But we don’t turn a blind eye to the little stuff.
 

A leaky tap may be a small job to us, but for your tenant it’s a big deal. So we’ve kitted out our company vans with all the equipment needed to get the job done and a tracking device so we can send the crew that’s nearest to get it sorted as quickly as possible.

How we work

Construction services

We offer new build construction services, as well as extension to existing homes. We work with private sector clients to provide a high quality construction service. Our SCM team includes up to 40 skilled professionals, including: plumbers, carpenters, electricians and builders.

Renovation services

We are proud of our ability to work alongside you to deliver your project to specification, our professional tradesmen all highly skilled in all aspects of a renovation project, from plumbing to plastering, rewiring to structural adaptation. We always work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum during your renovation.

Facilities management

We provide void and tenanted facilities management and property maintenance for housing associations, estate agents, universities, colleges and offices. Our maintenance work covers both minor tasks and large scale refurbishment projects.

Refurbishment and renovation

We understand that our public sector clients do not have the luxury of standing still while renovation work is ongoing. It’s why our team of trades-people work hard to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum. Our refurbishment and renovation service offering encompasses minor refurbishments and improvements, as well as major structural overhauls and redesigns.

Construction

Our construction work for our public sector clients is delivered to spec, on time and in budget, whether it’s building a new structure from scratch, or making an extension/restoration to an existing listed building. We pride ourselves on our ability to work in partnership with our clients from initial project inception and final completion.

Facilities management

We provide facilities management for a number of public sector clients, including schools, hospitals, offices and local councils. We pride on ourselves on our track record of keeping your property in excellent condition and our tenants/clients happy.

We operate a day-to-day response service to deal with issues as soon as they arise. Our fleet of vans are fitted with tracking devices so that we can respond to calls as they occur.
