We are currently present in Spain, Latin America and Europe, where we develop and comprehensively manage health and social services through a management model that is a case of efficiency and responsibility success in recognized international universities, such as Harvard Business School or Berkeley.

Our shareholders are Centene Corporation (90%) and Banco Sabadell (10%). Centene Corporation is a leading company in the US healthcare sector, included in the Fortune 500 list, which has more than 30 years of experience working with state governments in the United States. For its part, Sabadell is the fourth Spanish private banking group, composed of different banks, brands, subsidiaries and investees that cover all areas of the financial business.
