Rhombus Care Group (RCG) are a newly established Residential Care Provider registered with the CQC on 25 July 2019. RCG have developed a team of highly qualified individuals that can attribute all the knowledge and experience required. Our Registered Manager has been supporting many individuals with Autism and Learning Difficulties to learn new skills for over 14 years.
We are one of the growing learning disability supported living in the United Kingdom, supporting people through our friendly, supportive, creative and diverse teams.
We believe in a world where anyone with a learning disability can live within their community with all the choice and support they need to live the best life possible.
Rhombus Care Group is a specialist provider of 24-hour support for young adults with a developmental impairment. RCG works with individuals across the spectrum of learning disability, autism and developmental impairment. We also support individuals with a dual diagnosis, e.g. mental illness and autism.
Our vision can only be achieved by undertaking a detailed assessment of an individual and understanding how they engage with the world around them, with people, their sensory triggers and the building details or adaptations that can make all the difference to their daily living and their need for active one-to-one support.
We support a mixture of clientele aged 17 and above. They are very active and normally enjoy a full range of community based and local activities. During the pandemic we have seen an increase in some challenging behaviours and our Positive Behaviour Team is working closely with the Registered Manager and the staff team to ensure the safety of both the people we support and the staff.
Our primary objective is to work on intervention and support with young people and adults between the ages of 17 and above.
You will work with indivduals aged from 17 and above, whom have a diagnosis of Learning Disability/Autism/Sensory Impairment/Mental Health Condition.
