Rainbow International ( South Wales & Bristol) are part of a UK franchise network who carry out fire and flood restoration projects for the UK’s top insurance customers. 

This branch are the longest standing office in Rainbow International network having been established in 1994. The branch have their offices and large  warehouse facility in Cardiff and sub branches in Llantrisant and Bristol.
It has 10 operating vehicles with 6 BDMA technicians living and working remotely across its territories.

Geographical locations covered :  South Wales, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, Chippenham and North Somerset.

The franchise has significant resources but crucially provides local coverage and a personal service with excellent response times.

They have an established in-house buildings reinstatement service so can provide its clients with a one- stop solution when required. They also have in house plumbing service and experienced trace and access capabilities. Other resources include a dedicated fire restoration cleaning team and an in house laundry service. Their in house French polishing and furniture restoration department has been operating for 24 years. They have invested significantly in all types of the latest drying equipment and training so have all the drying solutions for domestic and commercial projects.

Of its 22 staff, 4 have been with the company for more than 20 years so it has wealth of experience in dealing with insurance claims and disaster restoration
