Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a local building services group, that’s in its third decade of trading. As an established firm and a leader in its industry, its portfolio boasts several high street retails brands throughout the U.K. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join its Shop Fitting Department. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with key accounts, compiling quotations for cost of works for shop fit outs. You will be responsible for cost management, looking after budgets and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales, this is a fast-paced environment. You will also carry out site surveys, conduct pre-start meetings and do weekly reviews of progress. In addition, you will use your negotiation skills to source suppliers, book in labour resource and ascertain material requirements needed for each bespoke project, so you literally have full control over each project. To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience within a shop fitting environment, with several years as a Project Manager. Ideally you will have come from a retail environment, but those from hospitality would also be considered. As expected, you will hold an CSCS card and have working knowledge of Health &amp; Safety best practice and protocol. In return, you will benefit from a market leading salary of up to 55K, along with a car allowance, pension, health cover and 22 Bank Holidays annual leave. This role will see you being on-site at several locations nationwide, as such this will be a home-working opportunity, where you will be commutable to its office in West Yorkshire for monthly meetings.

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Pyramid8 have an exciting opportunity with a company based in Sherburn who specialise in Generator Repair, Installation and Maintenance. Due to growth, they are now looking for someone to join their Service team as a Service Controller. As a Service Controller you will be responsible for: Taking calls from customers regarding the breakdown of back-up power systems Organising Engineers to attend customer's sites. Ensuring engineers are allocated correctly. Taking responsibility for work and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently. Service administration. Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Working closely and supporting the sales team with their questions and requests. To be considered for the role you must have: Previous experience working within customer service, administration, service delivery environment would be an advantage but is not essential. Able to maintain a high attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations. An understanding of how to deal with difficult and/or upset customers. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent time management and personal organisational skills. Proficient at Microsoft Office. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. In return you will receive a basic salary of up to 23K plus commission which will depend on team performance. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

The role of commercial assistant / commercial analyst is wide ranging, covering a variety of commercial management aspects associated to both programme management and internally focused commercial management.
