Primary Secondary Design Ltd was formed in 2003 to provide specialist design services to the healthcare sector.

Primary Secondary Design is part of a group of family-owned companies that specialise in the design of Primary Care premises and Affordable Housing.

PSD typically works solely with our in-house developer, Medcentres PLC, and main contractor, Healthcare and Community Construction.

Our experienced management team have delivered over 60 new medical schemes together with educational and community facilities and Affordable Housing. 

As well as new build schemes we also design extension and refurbishment projects to existing buildings and have particular expertise in working in operational buildings ensuring that our teams work around clinical staff to minimise disruption.

With a strong development pipeline over the next 24 months focussing on Medical Centre and Affordable Housing development.
