We are an entrepreneurial and high-performing team
Together, we have a shared ambition to provide a new kind of property management service, where things are hassle-free and clearly explained. Where we take care of the pennies and use our experience (plus some whizzy bits of technology) to work smartly.
It’s our job to protect the long-term value of your building and create happy homes for the people who live there. And we take great pride in doing it right.
If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.
The right property management company should be a force for good at the centre of your development. Whether that’s ensuring the smooth running of the block and communal areas or managing a stress free lettings process, we achieve that by putting brilliant people at the centre of our business.
Take a peek behind the scenes at PBM and you’ll find a real buzz of energy and enthusiasm. You’ll never hear us saying “that’ll do” or settling for second best. Everyone here genuinely wants to do the best job possible.
Why? Because we’ve made PBM a great place to work! Everyone has the opportunity to learn new things, to be heard when they’ve got something to say and to be rewarded for a job well done.
Shared vision for the company
Before launching pbm, we’d been working in the property sector for many years and didn’t like what we saw. The industry was scraping by on a negative reputation and poor levels of service. In search of a better way, we have a clear and shared vision for pbm – a world where property ownership is a pleasure, not a chore, and property management is a job to be proud of.
We know that people give their best when they feel supported and valued. So in pursuit of our vision, we’ve created a team culture that embraces this. As a result, everyone here is genuinely motivated to do a brilliant job and to help their colleagues do the same. That leads to happy clients and job satisfaction. It’s property management, the pbm way.
Welcome to a new kind of property management
