N & N Properties is a lettings agency specialising in Guaranteed Rent and Property Management. We manage properties across London and surrounding counties for private landlords, overseas investors and private companies.

We take pride in dealing with the full 360 cycle of renting a property from maintenance, refurbishments, and development to marketing and managing tenants for the duration of their tenancies. We are extremely hands-on and always aim to exceed expectations. Our primary aim is to ensure our landlords don’t have to lift a finger.

We are a nationwide property management company specilising in guaranteed rent.  We work with with local authorities, charities, and third sector organisations to house tenants and provide landlords with income security. We currently manage over 500 properties dealing with the day to day management, maintenance and legal requirements of renting a property.
