Working at Mthree Consulting

Alumni is our 2 year Graduate Programme that has been developing the next generation of leaders in software development, production support and business analysis. You’ll start your journey at one of our training academies, spending at least 4 weeks with our trusted subject matter experts enhancing and developing an array of skills before starting on site at one of our client’s locations.

Following the completion of the programme, you’ll have the flexibility to choose between converting to a permanent employee with our clients, or continuing to work with MThree as an Alumni Pro Consultant.
