Our handpicked team are professional, reliable and able a full range of practical and personal help tailored to your individual requirements. Our services are available short or long term, from a 30 minute call to 24 hour care.

At MRL Healthcare we provide a full spectrum of care and support including practical care, personal care and complex care. We work with elderly clients, those with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health Illnesses, and also provide end of life support.

Our Promise
We have a dedicated out of hours team so that you can contact us and get support at any time of the day or night.
We will visit you at your home to carry out a full assessment, discuss how you want to be supported in detail and make sure you have a written support plan.
We will make sure you have a named Area Supervisor who will keep closely in touch to check that you are happy with our service and make any changes you require.
We will train our staff to meet any specialist needs that you have.
Practical Support
We provide help, assistance and support for everyday tasks and can assist with activities such as light domestic duties, shopping or cleaning. If you require assistance to access appointments, community events or activities you enjoy in the community - we can provide a support and escort service by fully checked and trained staff.

Complex Care
If you are discharged from hospital, you will be provided with qualified specialist staff to assist you in your recovery and can assist you with long-term multiple and intensive needs. Suitably trained staff can also be provided to sensitively deliver end of life care.

Personal Care Services
We provide qualified and professional support workers who can help with the demands of a daily routine, and who can greatly enhance your quality of life. We support those needing help with personal care such as bathing and other intimate tasks.

Promoting Independence
We specialise in home care for individuals who need support to remain independent in their own homes, providing a variety of care and support services to assist people with the activities of daily living. Our tailor made support service covers all areas of the UK.

We have developed an excellent reputation for providing services to people who have a variety of complex needs. This reputation is due to a committed staff team and a hands on approach to care management.

The service we offer is provided in a way that respects people’s privacy and choices so they maintain control over what happens in their own homes. All potential clients and customers will be visited by a trained and experienced senior team member to ensure that a full assessment is made of your needs and to develop an in depth support plan tailored to maintain your routines.

We provide a service to people who are referred by the Local Authority, the Health Authority or people who are able to fund a private service or use a personal budget.

We are committed to providing a needs lead service, whilst at the same time maintaining people’s independence.

MRL Healthcare Limited is registered with the CQC and provides care throughout the UK. We want you to feel reassured that your views and opinions are of high importance to us so we have an open feedback process and our Review Officers will be in touch with you regularly to make sure you are happy with the service we are providing.
