We are a family owned and run independent estate agency with 3 busy High Street offices operating within the Mid Sussex area, from the South Downs villages all the way through and up to Haywards Heath and surrounding villages to the north. We are specialist sales and letting agents with some commercial and block management. 

Our staff of negotiators and administrators are all team players with a handful having been with us for over 10 years. We like to have a fun and friendly working environment whilst running a tight ship that is efficient and highly professional. All new members of staff  are trained in the Marcus Grimes way, giving a real sense of confidence to the employee. We operate a company pension scheme which everyone is welcome, though not forced to join.
