Our History 1978 - Macmillan Davies was launched 1997 - Became part of the Bernard Hodes Group 2000 - Responding to increased demand by our clients for short term or project driven HR resource, we launched the Interim Division 2004 - To increase our regional presence we opened our office in Manchester 2006 - Futurexec was created in response for client demand for the highest calibre HR executives of tomorrow and to fill the gaps in talent which had suffered as a result of the proliferation of the HR shared service model 2011 - Darren Hayman and Angela Franks took ownership of the Recruitment Business, separating from Bernard Hodes Group and retaining the original Macmillan Davies brand 2011 - London HQ moved from Kings Cross to the City of London 2015 - Moved to new, larger London offices to accommodate company growth 2016 - The Birmingham office was established in Q2 2016
