LPTA Chartered Certified Accountants
Mission Statement 2020 – 2025
We strive to continually improve and perfect our range of services and our client’s experience of working with LPTA for their accounting needs and requirements.
At the end of 2017, we relocated our office to larger premises and invested significantly in new workstations and systems. This not only increased the capacity of LPTA but also provided a better working environment and room for expansion.
We invest in the education and training of all team members of LPTA and we are an approved employer by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Bringing all these factors together for 2021 and beyond, we now aim to achieve the below targets for the benefit of LPTA and all our clients:
1. To provide a very professional, comprehensive and personal service to all of our clients no matter their size
2. To keep our fees very competitive and reasonable, offering great value for money
3. To continue to promote training and personal development of all LPTA team members for the benefit of our clients
4. To respond to telephone calls and e-mails received within office hours within 6 working hours
5. To complete Annual Accounts along with tax computations within 4 months of the business year-end
6. To complete Self-Assessment tax returns within 6 months of the end of the Tax Year (so before 5th October) or within 4 weeks of receiving the information if 5th September has passed
7. To complete and submit VAT Returns at least 7 days before the VAT submission deadline, subject to receiving the information in good time.
8. To complete and submit PAYE and CIS Returns meeting every deadline and due date
