Manufacture very precise bearings, running in a film of air, accuracy of manufacturing within 0.25microns. we sell these all over the world and are known and proud of our UK  ultra precison parts. We sell these products into aerospace, automotive, semiconductor and optical markets, so the spread is great, we do not suffer peaks and troughs in business and always offer long term employment. 

Note also theres a large variety of parts being machined every week, its not just pressing buttons and changing parts, the skill level of operators/engineers is sometimes very critical to achieve the sub micron results.

Part of an engineering hands on team, with no management layers above, helping each other to produce, measure parts to sub micron level.
