Who you'll work with

Liquid Personnel’s story began in 2006. Two ambitious and dedicated recruiters launched their own social work recruitment agency, sharing a single desk in a tiny office. After nine months, they moved to Manchester and
formed Liquid Personnel Ltd. This is where our journey truly started.

Liquid continued to grow, hiring and developing a fantastic group of people with raw talent and an eagerness to learn. Throughout the next 11 years, our
team grew from strength-to-strength.


Living by our six company values, our fun and vibrant office is now filled with over 140 ambitious and hard-working colleagues, many of whom have worked their way through the ranks to lead and shape the business into what it is today.
