Being a principal lender, all decisions are made in-house so clients can be assured of a swift response. We aim to provide an approval in principle within 2 hours and clients can typically expect to draw down funds within 5 days of initial enquiry. Our record breaking time to completion is just 24 hours!

We pride ourselves in adopting a practical “common-sense” approach to underwriting which means we can structure loans to best suit individual circumstances rather than adopting the “one-size fits all” approach that so many other lenders use.
