We work within the financial services sector, especially the retail space. We work mainly in the pensions and ISA markets, working with leading institutions and product providers to build new innovative products for our clients.
We also work with a large distribution network across the UK; these range from national comparison sites through to IFA networks and various social/digital marketing companies.
The personnel involved in the business have over a hundred years of experience and a track record of building leading firms within its sector
The office environment is laid back as long as the work is being done. You will not be having daily tedious 1-2-1 meetings just for the sake of having meetings. We have very meritocratic and reward successful and hard working employees extremely well. We are well positioned to be the leading independent ISA distributor in the country and are looking to upscale this side of the operations in a big way over the coming 3-12 months. We have excellent support systems, have built our own CRM and websites and look forward to working with enthusiastic people who are keen to earn money and have the required skill sets to work in this role.
You will work with a sales manager within the office. On a day to day basis you will be speaking on the phone with retail clients about their ISAs. These will range from people starting up with £1k with no idea about what an ISA is through to experienced city traders with ISAs worth £100k plus. Your ability to work with different client types will be critical in this role.
