Established in 1996, Jusha is a global medical high-tech enterprise headquartered in Gulou District, Nanjing. It has established a Science and Technology Industrial Park in Nanjing Jiangbei National High-tech Zone. The company owns three wholly-owned companies and a holding company. It is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of the intelligent video center, intelligent operating room, intelligent medical high-pressure injector and consumables, intelligent operating robot, and infection control solutions for hospitals. Also, Jusha has its independent live streaming platform for medical operations.

Jusha has a R&D team that accounts for 30% of the company's total employees. Each year, Jusha makes an investment that is equal to more than 16% of its annual turnover.
