We provide a range of services tailored to the needs of wonderful individuals with complex and challenging needs. Our services range from the provision of Respite Care and Outreach to Supported Living.

Your Role

You’ll be supporting people to live independent and fulfilling lives, you’ll be giving people opportunities to progress and make a positive difference in someone's life.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent training and development opportunities. We recognise hard work and initiative and provide a comprehensive induction programme alongside opportunities for Diploma’s in Health and Social Care from Level 2 to Level 7.

Working times will be on a rota basis with shifts spread across the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays including mornings, afternoons and evening and sleep ins. Flexibility is therefore important for us to meet the needs of the people we support.

Requirements

Ideally you’ll have experience of social care but if not don’t be put off, there are opportunities to learn and develop into this new exciting role.

Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Be able to complete sleep in shifts (usually running 10pm – 8am)

Due to the nature of the work, applicants are required to have, or be working towards, a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle they are prepared to use for work purposes. Salary offers will reflect this.
